Common questions.

How long is the ride from MIA to Port of Miami? +

Drive time is 12–18 minutes on the MacArthur Causeway with normal traffic. On a Saturday cruise embarkation morning (10am–noon) plan for 25–35 minutes. We build the route around your sailing time so you arrive at the gangway with breathing room, never a sprint.

What time should I leave my hotel for a 4pm Royal Caribbean sailing? +

Royal closes boarding 60–90 minutes before sailing. For a 4pm Terminal A departure: 1:00–1:30pm pickup if you're in Miami Beach or Brickell, 12:30pm from near MIA, 12:00pm from FLL. We'll send your exact recommended pickup the day before.

Shared vs. private — which makes sense for me? +

Shared = per-seat, fixed departures, other riders. Best for solo or couples with relaxed timing. Private = whole vehicle, your time, no stops. Best for families, groups of 3+, anyone with a tight connection. Private is usually only $5–10 more per person at 2 pax.

What if my flight is delayed? +

We track your flight from booking confirmation onward. Up to 60 minutes of wait time after wheels-down is free. Beyond that, a small wait fee applies — and we'll WhatsApp you before charging anything.

Do you handle car seats and ADA-accessible vehicles? +

Yes to both. Forward- and rear-facing car seats are complimentary on private rides — request at booking. ADA-equipped vans need 24 hours of advance notice.

Cancellation? +

Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24h: 50% fee. Within 2h: full fare (we've already dispatched). Reschedules are free up to 12h before pickup.
